تا حالا شاید براتون اتفاق افتاده باشه که بخواین یک سینما طراحی کننین ولی به خاطر اینکه اطلاعات در موردش ندارید وحتی پلان هم ندیدید و بررسی نکردید از طراحیش پشیمون می شید . حتی به خاطرش می شینید پای کامپیوتر و اینترنت رو زیرورو میکنید و تو دنیای اینترنت که می گن همه چی توش پیدا می شه پلان سینمایی پیدا نمی کنید .

حداقل درجه حرارت پخش مخلوط آسفالتي بر حسب نوع قير مصرفي، دانهبندي مصالح سنگي، ضخامت لايه، فصل اجراي كار، حرارت محيط و سطح راه، سرعت باد، نوع و تعداد غلتكها توسط دستگاه نظارت معين ميگردد. ولي به هر حال اين درجه حرارت بايد به حدي باشد كه تراكم لازم را تأمين نمايد. جدول 20-14 حداقل درجه حرارت مخلوطهاي آسفالتي با دانهبندي پيوسته را به هنگام پخش با توجه به ضخامت آنها و درجه حرارت سطحي كه مخلوط آسفالتي بر روي آن پخش ميشود نشان ميدهد. در اين جدول زمان تقريبي لازم براي حصول تراكم نيز تعيين گرديده است.
به هرحال رقم دقيق درجه حرارت پخش با 10± درجه سانتيگراد رواداري بايد توسط دستگاه نظارت تعيين گردد.

زمان تقريبي لازم براي تكميل كوبيدگي (بر حسب دقيقه) |
جدول حداقل درجه حرارت مخلوط آسفالتي هنگام پخش
بايد توجه داشت كه هر قدر ضخامت لايه آسفالتي زيادتر باشد، به علت آنكه حرارت را مدت زمان بيشتري در خود نگه ميدارد، زمان لازم براي تكميل تراكم قشر و در نتيجه حصول تراكم نسبي مشخصه زيادتر است و به عبارت ديگر فرصت بيشتري براي كوبيدن بي آنكه حرارت مخلوط آسفالتي بيش از اندازه كاهش پيدا كند، وجود دارد.
و اما در مورد غلطک های آسفالتی بخوانید
۱- غلتكهاي فولادي
الف: غلتكهاي استاتيك
هريك از غلتكهاي سهچرخ و يا رديف دوچرخ و سهچرخ بايد هنگام كار باري معادل 45 الي 65 كيلوگرم بر سانتيمتر در عرض چرخ عقب غلتك اعمال نموده و وزنشان كمتر از 8 تن نباشد. روي چرخهاي غلتكهاي فلزي بايد گلگير و لوله آبپاش نصب شده باشد تا چرخها را همواره تميز و مرطوب نگه داشته و از چسبيدن مخلوط آسفالتي به آنها جلوگيري نمايد. مصرف روغن سوخته و يا گازوييل جهت تميز كردن چرخ غلتكها به هيچ وجه مجاز نيست. سطح پيرامون كليه چرخها بايد كاملاً صاف و هموار و فاقد فرورفتگيهاي كوچك و بزرگ باشد. براي افزايش وزن آنها بايد فضاي كافي در اين نوع غلتكها تعبيه شود. سرعت غلتكهاي فولادي استاتيك هنگام كار بايد حتيالمقدور كم و يكنواخت بوده و جز در شرايط خاص از حدود 5 كيلومتر در ساعت تجاوز ننمايد.
ب: غلتكهاي لرزشي
غلتكهاي لرزشي مورد استفاده در عمليات آسفالتي بايد خودرو بوده و نوع كششي آنها مجاز نيست. اين غلتكها معمولاً از نوع رديف دوچرخ ميباشند كه سيستم ارتعاش در يك يا هر دو چرخ آنها تعبيه شده است. وزن آنها نبايد كمتر از 7 تن بوده و بار خطي استاتيك آنها بين 25 تا 35 كيلوگرم باشد. تناوب و ميدان نوسان غلتكهاي لرزشي با توجه به شرايط كار بايد توسط دستگاه نظارت تنظيم شده و يا از كاتالوگ كارخانه سازنده استخراج شود ولي در هر حال تناوب غلتك نبايد خارج از 3000 - 2000 ارتعاش در دقيقه، و ميدان نوسان آن 8/0 - 4/0 ميليمتر باشد. سرعت غلتكهاي لرزشي حداكثر پنج كيلومتر در ساعت ميباشد. ساير خصوصيات مربوط به گلگيرها، آبپاش، عدم مصرف گازوييل و روغن سوخته روي چرخها، و بالاخره صاف و هموار بودن سطح پيرامون چرخها به شرح بند الف فوق ميباشد كه بايد كاملاً رعايت شود.

not available anywhere else. ASCE 7-05 is an integral part of the
building codes of the United States. The earthquake load provisions in
ASCE 7-05 are substantially adopted by reference in the 2006
International Building Code and the 2006 NFPA 5000 Building Construction
and Safety Code. Numerous other provisions of all other ASCE 7-05
